It was first established on July 20, 1997, under the name “Shijir Tulgat” LLP, and began providing mortgage lending services.

Expanded to “Esen Delbee” S.R.L. on September 16, 2002

On April 5, 2005, it was expanded to “Esen Shijir” LLC.

Based on its experience in the financial sector, the subsidiary “Esen Shijir Invest NBSF” LLC was established by the Resolution No. 56 of the Federal Reserve Board of Directors dated May 17, 2016.

With the approval of the Chairman of the Board of Directors No. 7/4208 dated December 6, 2019, a Board of Directors was established, and with the approval of Resolution No. 08 dated January 15, 2020, a trust service license was additionally obtained.

It has been operating continuously with its own capital for the 26th year, with a total of 10 branches in Ulaanbaatar city, Erdenet city, and Baganuur district, a workforce of about 70 professionals, and more than 11,000 customers and clients.

The head office has been renovated and a new branch has been opened, with over 100 employees and a total of 11 branches operating regularly in rural areas.
